“Whenever and however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, and your spirit for the rest of your life.”

- Ina May Gaskin

Having a doula greatly decreases the need for any unnecessary interventions by making you feel more comfortable, safe and relaxed.

I support mamas and their families with mental guidance, emotional and fear release, spiritual acceptance and physical touch throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth. We work on your birth preferences together and we make sure they are met to the best of our ability by making sure your voice is used and heard. I support both in and out of hospital births and first time moms and moms who have birthed before.

I help take the uncertainty out of birth and allow you to embrace the process by letting go of time, fear and the thought of pain. I am with you every step of the way to birth your baby and make sure you have a positive, calm and empowering birth story no matter what turn your birth takes.

  • - I will take photos/videos if you would like during labor and birth

  • This is very important to me, if you are not being heard, I will speak up for what you are wanting and needing. Your autonomy is important, so if I am your doula, know that I am not going to let your preferences go out the window very easily. I will stand strong for you!

I will help communicate decisions between you and your care providers so your birth preferences will be met to the best of our ability.
